What to do about the title of a mobile home after both pwners have passed?

My mother passed away over 10 years ago and my father passed away last month. They had a mobile home together. The title lists both my mom and my dad using the word “AND” instead of “OR”. We probated my dad’s 1/2 of the mobile out today and was told by the probate judge that my mom’s name would need to remain on the title which is fine, however the DMV (which is where you change the title) won’t change it because my mom isn’t here to sign as to whether to leave her on or take her off. What kind of legal problem would we have if we didn’t change to title and left it as is with my mom and my dad on the title?

I suggest that you get a certified copy of your mother's death certificate and submit it to the probate court with respect to your father's probate and ask that the court make a decision as to the title of your mother going to your father who survived her and seek a new order in probate giving title to the mobile home under your father's Will.
