Send her a letter sent some way or ways you can prove delivery (e.g. certified mail; fed ex with tracking; as an email or text message attachment) restating briefly how long the items have been there, when she had promised (and failed) to get them, and your efforts to coordinate their removal; the letter will then go on to say that she has 30 days to pick them up or you will consider them abandoned and dispose of them. Send her a reminder at the 15-day mark. Then if she still has not picked her belongings up, do what the letter says: consider the items abandoned and do with them as you will.
