If you vacated the unit you were renting and owe your landlord money regarding the rental such as for damages or unpaid rent/utilities, there is nothing that I see that you have written about that would preclude your former landlord from filing a lawsuit against you for moneys claimed owed.
If you are served with the summons and complaint by the landlord, you need to answer the summons and complaint or you will be defaulted.
