It is possible that your employer may be liable. It's also possible the landlord may be liable (if your employer rents the space, rather than owing). The key issue is going to be whether the employer and/or landlord either was aware of the mold issue, or if not actually aware, *should*have been aware of the mold--or least of a credible risk thereof, requiring investigation--based on the circumstances. If there was knowlege of the mold or reason to suspect it, then the entity resonsible for the maintenance of the premises might be liable for not having taken action. (If there was no reasonable way to know, then probably not.) You should consult with a personal injury attorney to evalute the strength and potential value of your case.
