I have proof that when I lost my memory my uncle had me sign a poa that locked me uo. His son is a lawyer and wrote it
My uncle opened two checking accounts and an awful lot of my money was going into and account called 1930. It was found that that account was his personal account There are a lot of other situation that he stole from me or his son has screwed me and I have documentation Bank statements ect.

So get a new lawyer quickly and consider filing complaints with the ethics committee for both your cousin and the lawyer.   If your cousin had you sign a POA when you did not have the capacity to do so he can be brought up on charges.  And if your lawyer told you to ignore illegal activity for his own personal gain - a new job - he can be brought up on charges.  And yes, you need to sue the pants off of everyone.  Good luck.
