Send her a written notice, sent some way or ways you can prove delivery, which identifies what she has left behind, restates the previous attempts you've made to have her retrieve these items, and which states that if she does not retrieve them within the next 30 days, you will presume she has abandoned them and put them out as trash since you are not obligated to store her possessions for her. Follow up with a reminder at the 15-day mark. Then if she has not retrieved them, put them out.
