If my son’s mom is trying to move out of state with my son and I don’t approve, what steps can I take to prohibit this?

If you have custody and visitation rights then you can make a motion and ask the court to limit her ability to move to with in the state and a certain radius of your home.  Generally when you are married and get divorced the agreement so states.  Good luck.
