What to do if my stepmom is changing my dad’s Will after he died?

Before my dad died 3 yers ago, he told me the amount of money my brother and would get upon his death. He also said after my stepmom died that the remaining estate would be splint 7 ways for the remaining kids and grandkids. My stepmom recently told me that my brother and I were not getting anything after she dies. She also told me that she is giving family heirlooms that have been in my family for 100 years to her great grandson. What can I do? She also told me she is set up a trust and there is nothing my brother and I can do about it. Is this true?

If he left a trust and her in charge, she will have to follow the terms unless she has discretion.  It is difficult to say without reviewing more facts.
