What to do regarding visitation if my wife and her ex-husband share custody of their 2 dogs?
We are supposed to have visitation every Tuesday and Thursday and every other weekend. For the last 3 years transportation of the dog has been shared. recently, her ex refuses to provide transportation. Since it is not stipulated in their settlement, can he do that?

From what you have written with respect to the canine visitation and transportation issues between you and your "ex" there was a custom and practice suggesting an implied agreement for the past three (3) years that the transportion would be shared.
As such, I would take the position that the conduct of the parties is that transportion of the animals is to be shared in the future from what you have written.
