How do I get custody of my children if they are being abused by their mother’s boyfriend?
My wife is allowing the guy that she had an affair with, to hurt my 2 girls physically and verbally. He has a violent criminal past. What do I do to stop this and get the girls out of the bad situation?

Call the police immediately. Go over with the police (especially if you have your children on visitation) and have the two of them arrested (mother and boyfriend). Get a lawyer or ask legal aid to help you immediately get temporary and hopefully permanent restraining orders against these two adults for your children's benefit. Get a civil attorney to have legal custody immediately changed to you and restrain or prohibit visitation. I am sure at this juncture, your ex is in contempt of the divorce and child custody decree.
