If my wife is having an affair with another women, can I get my marriage annulled?
My wife and I got married last year. The women she is having an affair with is over pretty much everyday. I have been staying at my dad’s for the past few days now. I’m planning on filing a no fault divorce but was wondering if I could get my marriage annulled?

No. An annulment is to a marriage that is illegal in the first place. If your marriage was legal then you must go through a divorce process.
