Are you sure that she forged your name on a policy or did she just take out a policy on your life? A forgery is obviously illegal and you can advise the insurance company and ask that the policy be voided. However, if she took out a policy on your life then you have no recourse, because under the law she has what is known as an insurable interest and she can indeed insure your life with out your permission.
