What are my wife’s rights if she was going to work this morning and slipped on ice about 10 feet from the entrance of her employer customer entrance?
This happened before she was clocked in and they are talking about filing a workman’s comp claim. Shouldn’t this be treated like an injury to a customer and doesn’t she have legal rights to sue them for injuries?

She can't sue her employer. Depending on the specific facts, a workers comp and a third party claim is possible, assuming there is a third party to pursue.
