What to do if my wife’s doctor is being investigated by the FBI and DEA for defrauding Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers?
She has all the documentation proving our insurance paid the medical bills. However, he said he never billed the insurance company and made us pay out of pocket. We want to know how to file suit against the doctor before he’s arrested. What type of attorney should we look for?
