Name on checking account

My Mother put my brothers name on her new checks. Does that mean he has all her money when she dies?

What you need to find out is how the account at the bank is held.  In other words, how it reads on the cards that were signed by both your Mother and your Brother.  It is a difficult question to ask and subject to broach but importnant to do now. It could indeed be his if not properly addressed.  Good luck.
