Nepotism

Hello i work full time 8 hrs a day 5 days a week. My
boss makes me come an hour early twice a week so
his son my co-worker can go home an hour early.
Is that legal?

Unless your treatment violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, then it is legal. The fact is that a business can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. That is so long as it does not constitute some form of legally actionable discrimination. In other words, it is not based on your age (over 40), nationality, gender, disability, race or religion.
