non immigrant visa holder wishing to get permanent residence

Hello
Please i need a advice regarding the below
Me and my husband are lebanese, we got a non immigrant visa for 5 years. If we did come to usa and open a small business like a small snack or something else and it was making money and we was paying our taxes, is there a chance for us to be able to get a permanent stay in USA and live there?
Appreciating your kind advice,
Thank you

Most likely not through this.  While you may be able to operate a small business, if you have the right type of visa that allows for this, to get a green card you would have to be sponsored by an employer as you cannot self sponsor for this type of visa.
