What to d if my marriage license was not filed after the ceremony?
Requested license, saw judge and had her sign marriage certificate. In my state license is good for 60 days. It’s been 3 years and I just found out that our paperwork was not sent in. Are we legally married?

I would say yes, you are legally married. The ceremony was officiated and the license signed by some one who had authority with in the 60 days, correct? I would speak with an attorney about preparing a legal document asking the clerk to file the license "nunc pro tunc" - now for then. It is generally a motion but could possibly be an affidavit. Good luck.
