How do I keep my daughter’s abusive father away from her?
I have a 5 year old daughter whom has been through alot. Her real father is trying to see her but he is abusive. I have court papers stating that he is suspended from visitation due to the abuse. This happened 2 years ago but now he wants to see her. I tried to talk to her about him but she hust shakes when I mention him. How do I go through court to deal with this situation; my daughter is going to therapy as well.

The best way to protect your daughter is to consult with a family law attorney to see what legal recourse you may have as to filing a petition for a restraining order against hom preventing the biological father from seeing the child.
