Does she have any rights to property if she abandoned me?

My wife left me 4 years ago. I purchased a house after we were married but her name is only on the property not the house. I also acquired 2 vehicles 1 while we were living together and 1 after she left. I still live in the house and still pay everything on the house.

I am so sorry for your situation.  The general rule is that property purchased during a marriage is marital property regardless of whose name it is titled under.  I would speak with an attorney in your area as to ways to discuss settlement here.  She also has an obligation to support and maintain the property and contribute to same.  That could help reduce her share.  Good luck.
