For purposes of an employment background check, is an OWI considerd a traffic ticket?
It asks if I’ve been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor other than parking tickets or traffic.

It is not that simple to respond. An OWI in Indiana is going to differ on how you were charged, whether it is a misdemeanor or felony. You can check the Indiana laws or your own background check to see how the charge and conviction look. Chances are if it is a ticket, it will be a misdemeanor but you really won't know until the final ruling.
