What to do if I received a notice of pending bankruptcy for my landlord?
Included was a notice of lack of prosecution. I haven’t paid rent because I don’t know if it’s safe move and he won’t tell me anything. He gave.me a 3-day notice today. Can he do that? What should I do?

Your landlord's bankruptcy does NOT affect your obligation to pay rent. His bankruptcy affects his obligations to his creditors--that is, his obligation to pay other people money--but does not affect other people's obligation(s) to pay him money. If you do not pay your rent, you may be evicted.
