What to do if our realtor rented to an unqualified tenant?
We hired a realtor to manage our rental property. They allowed someone to rent the home that shouldn’t have qualified (bad chseck’ prevoius evictions). The renter trashed the house and we had to evict them. Who is responsible for the cleaning fees and damage. The renter didn’t pay the rent so they won’t pay the damages.

Assuming you can establish that the property manager that rented the unit to the poor tenant was negilgent, the property manager in addition to the bad tenant would be responsible for the damages that you suffered as a result of the rental.
Directly the poor renter would be responsible for the unpaid rent and the damaged rental. The claim against the property manager for unpaid rent, seems a bit tougher to establish from what you have written.
