Pennsylvania act 6
Does Act 6 apply to commercial mortgages? I never received a notice stating that the bank was going to file with the court to foreclose on the property.

My research suggests that Act 6 applies only to homeowners; therefore it would not apply to a commercial mortgage.
Since I'm not admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, you may want to consult an attorney in your area about this.
