DoI need to list my husband’s personal property on bankruptcy forms if I’m filing alone?

I am filing Chapter 7 in my name alone. There is a form that asks for personal property like checking account and jewelry and so on. It also states to indicate if is the wife’s, husband’s, and so on. Now do I need to put my husband’s personal property on this form or can I omit it because I’m filing independently?

That depends on the laws of the state you are filing in.  If it is a community property state, you must list all community assets.  If not, then you can probably just list your assets, but you should check with a bankruptcy attorney in your area to be sure.
