What to do about a petty larceny second offense?
I’m a minor and I’ve been caught stealing again. This is my second petty larceny offense. What will most likely be the outcome?

Since you are a minor and assuming you are not close to being 18 years of age, your offense will be tried in juvenile court where you will be appointed legal representation by the court. Since this is your second offense, if convicted most likely you will be reuired to pay a fine and spend some time in a juvenile detention facility since you do not seem to be getting the point that it is wrong to steal.
