Generally speaking, Power of Attorney forms do not need to be recorded. They need to be signed and notarized and kept in a secure place. Remember too that if it is for the transfer of real property it has to be specificlally noted on the form. If you are isung a POA for the transfer of Real Estate and there is a Title Company involved then they will ask for it. Good luck.
