What happens to a retirement benefit in the event of a re-marriage?
I was awarded 20% of my ex-husband’s air-force retirement when he retired, as stated in our divorce decree. If I remarried, would I still entitle to part of his retirement?

Typically, a matter such as this is covered specifically in the decree or support agreement. If it's not then your re-marriage will probably have no effect on your receiving it. The best way to be sure is to consult directly with a divorce attorney in your area. When you meet with them, have your decree, documents regarding your support, and any other relevant information with you.
