Can my husband can remove me and my children from our residence?
His name is on the mortgage but both names are on the deed. I pay everything in the house and he only pays the mortgage. Is he legally able to do that? My kids and I left for the night as I didn’t want to get into an arguement.

Given the situation that you have written about, you should consider consulting with a family law attorney to see what your legal options are with respect to your spouse and the best interests of you and your children.
Since you are on title to your home, you have the legal right to remain absent a court order issued as to you to the contrary. Your spouse has no legal right under the law at this time to force you and your children out of your home.
