REMOVING EXECUTOR FROM WILL
My brother and sister have been named executors. I don’t think they have been appointed by the court yet. The 2 executors are not getting along. My brother is uncooperative. Can myself, and 2 sisters remove him?

If the Will includes procedures for removal of an executor, follow those procedures for naming a successor.
If the Will is silent on this issue, petition the probate court for removal of the executor and appointment of a successor.
An executor is required.
