How do I make legalchanges to a typed lease agreement?
If I create a residential lease for an apartment/condo and through negotiations there are paragraphs crossed out and items changed, if they are initialed by both sides, is the agreement valid? Do we need to have it typed?

To avoid any confusion, it would be advisable to have the entire agreement re-typed with the changes that the parties initialed. The parties can then sign the agreement after it has been typed with the changes.
