First of all, if his Will has already been filed with the county probate court (it will be in the county in which your father was domiciled as of his death), it will now be a matter of public record. If it hasn't, then not only as a possible beneficary but also as someone who would inherit as an heir if there was no will, you are what is known as an "interested party". This means that you have a legal right to view your father's Will. At this point, you can contact the probate court for further information as to how to officially request a copy.
