Separated over 15 yrs in State of California – Leagally divorced
I have been separated for over 15 yrs – live in the State of California – got married in State of Colorado. Does the amount of time separated qualify me as being legally divorced? Or do I have to go through a regular divorce?

I'm sorry, but you'll have to get a regular divorce, you are still legally married.
The length of time you've been separated should make matters easier, although without hearing from your spouse (and getting the rest of the facts), it's impossible to be certain. You can find qualified attorneys, who can help you be legally divorced in a fairly short time, at our website, http://attorneypages.com
