Settling workers comp claim
I lost two teeth in a work injury.
The insurance company has agreed to fix
them.
That is really all I want.
Can I force my attorney to accept?
I feel he wants more, and is dragging
the case informed more substantial
awards.

As the client, you are the one to decide whether or not to accept a settlement offer. Your attorney can advise you whether to accept or reject the settlement, based on whether the attorney thinks it is a good offer or a poor offer. The attorney may be able to negotiate a better offer or if not, the attorney might recommend litigation. However, you have the final decision whether or not you want to pursue the case, litigate the case or just accept the current settlement offer.
