Should I file for diversion on a disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property citation?

I filed for a diversion 22 years ago in another county for a DUI and I’m not sure if I can file for a diversion again on this current citation or if that would be a wise choice. I have no record except the DUI from 22 years ago when I was 16 years old in another county.

Most likely the twenty-two (22) year old criminal matter will not show up against you at this point in time due to its age and the fact that you were a minor when the incident happened. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to see if you qualify for your county and state's diversion program for the pending criminal charges against you.

Most likely you will qualify for such a diversion program.
