With respect to the bankruptcy matter you have written about where you presumably received a discharge, custom and practice in the industry where it comes to attorney's atandard of care would have mandared that any recorded liens on your property that were discharged would have been removed by way of a certified copy of a court order discharging such recorded on the real property before the matter was dismissed.
