Should my wife take any action if she is given a supeona saying that her arrest records are going to be reviewed?
A child died at the school she works at, and she had a dui charge on her records. The family of the child is going to review her records, but we are unsure of what we need to do if anything at all

If your wife's personnel records are subject to a subpoena with respect to a lawsuit stemming from a place where she works, she needs to speak with the attorney representing the school as to whether he or she suggests that a motion for a protective order needs to be filed or not. If the subpoena is for her arrest records which are not a public record, the same suggestion as to consulting with the school's attorney should be made by your wife.
I suggest that the consultation be done sooner rather than later with this attorney.
