What is the statue of limitations for disputing a Will?

Family members are questioning what my mother had, they were given a copy of her Will. They think there was more they should have received. However, she gave 1 son a house, 1 daughter owed her thousands that was never paid back, and the oldest son borrowed much money over a period of 30 years that was also never paid back. My mom lived with me for about 14 years. I took care of her in her last years she had put things in my name a long time before she was sick.

I am so sorry for your loss.  It is my understanding that a person has 30 days after notice is given to file an objection to the Will in California.  If they do not file within 30 days then they can not raise objection and waive their right to participate but not to receive their share. It sounds a sif you shold speak with an attorney here. There are a lot of issues to resolve.  Good luck.
