You need to carefully read your written lease with your landlord assuming you have one in that its terms and conditions control the obligations owed to you by the landlord and vice versa in the absence of conflicting state law.
If you written lease has no provision as to the ramifications of the sale of your rental and if you have a length of time remaining on it (three [3] months for example) the new owner cannot make you move because you have a written contract to lease the parcel that has not expired. The only exception would be is if you signed some agreement to move early and you were given some consideration to sign the agreement.
