If my grandfather died 10 years ago but the county still shows his house being owned by “the estate of my grandpa”, can the executor decide not to distribute willed property to the heirs?
The Willl states that the property should be owned by 3 people.

Why has it taken so long? Something does not sound right here. The Executor of the estate has the fiduciary obligation to follow the wishes of the testatior (your grandfather) as stated in the Will. I would consider speaking with some one asap on this matter and force distribution. Good luck.
