What to do if the company that I work for has everyone under 1099 but treats us like employees?
He tells us when we work, where we work, how long, what are hourly wage is, etc. We’ve worked well over 40 hours a week with no overtime because we are suppossedly 1099. I want retribution. We have all the cons of IC’s and none of the pro’s. Yet I say anything to the company, I wouldn’t have a job. I’m getting screwed.

Given what you have written about I suggest that you consult with a representative with your local department of labor and/or a labor law attorney where you might be entitled to worker's compensation insurance as well as other benefits under the law if in fact you and others are "de facto" employees where you work.
