What are the chances that the prosecutor in my county will be successful in attempting to move to adult courty my son’s case to adult court?

My son is now 19. The charge occurred over 2 years ago when he had just turned 17. The charge is about some pictures that were allegedly sent to a minor girl. What are the chances that the prosecutor will be successful in this?

Please seek help from a very ggod defense lawyer in your area.  Indiana 's laws allow a child as yound as 10 to be tried as an adult in vaious court proceedings.  Depending on how he is charged - and it appears to be along the line of sex and minors - if he is convicted as an adult he could face registering as a sex offender the rest of his life.
