If there is a company that has me soliciting services to homeowners door to door under somebody else’s license, is this legal?

The person is a licensed public adjuster but I am not. Is public adjusting under someone else’s licence legal? If not what legal action can I take against this person and/or the company?

Under the laws of all states in this country for one to be legally a door to door solicitor one has to have his or her own license to do so in his or he rname. I suggest that you consult with a business attorney in your locality for propert advice. One can be found on attorneypages.com.
