What to do if i was injured trying to stop a fire?
There was a fire at our apartment complex. I was trying to get a fire extinguisher out of its glass case but it was locked with nothing to break the glass with. So I wrapped my shirt over my hand to break the glass and still cut my hand very badly. now I have trouble moving my middle finger. Who should cover my medical bill?

The answer to your question of who should pay your medical bills depends on several variables -- most importantly, how was the fire caused? Was someone negligent? If so, that person is most likely responsible, but there are other factors. Was it your business to be trying to put out the fire? Also Arizona is a comparative fault state, so you may be partially responsible due to your own negligence in the way you chose to break into the fire extinquisher.
