Time cards
We fill out our time cards here entering our vacation codes, holiday codes, sick
day codes, and unpaid time codes and we sign them, we still punch a clock for
time in and out. My question is once we punch our time out and enter our
signature, can management change the codes we put in on the time cards?

If you enter an incorrect code, they change an error: for example, you enter a sick day code for what had been approved as a vacation day. That is the only kind of change they may legally make: fixing simple and obvious errors.
