Timely payment after terminated
After being terminated it took a month to get my last paycheck. Once I receiving the last check I realized I was not paid all the vacation time that was owed. Corporate originally told me I was owed no more vacation time. I asked them to check again and after a week and a half they agreed that I sill had vacation time. If I receive this last check when they say, then it will have taken a total of 2 months to finally get all the money that was owed to me. In Colorado when the facility is off site you have 24hrs to produce a check. I want to know what rights I have even if I am paid in full.

It depends. In some states, you may be able to file a claim through your state's Dept of Labor and may be able to get certain fees simply because the check was paid late.
