Whatt o do if I hardly ever have cell phone service and I’ve brought it up to the company but it’s still not fixed?
It’s happened more than 5 times. Because of not having service, my husband is not able to do his job to get messages or calls out to his team about important information which could get not just him but his team in trouble as well. He’s in the Army.

If your cellular provider made representations to you before you signed up for this particular cell phone service that you would be able to get the desired communications in the locality where you live, but you are unable to get such, potentially you might be able to cancel (rescind) your contract due to failure of consideration for the contract.
I would speak with a representative of the company and express your unhappiness letting him or know that you are seeking about cancelling your contract and will be requesting a release of its terms by your provider.
