Who wrecked your car? That's the critical issue. The dealership is only liable if they were at fault, so if it was a dealership employee who damaged it in some way drove it carelessly drove another car into it dropped it off the hydraulic lift/rack blew up the engine while testing it etc., then the dealership would be liable. But if it was some third party not connected to the dealership which wrecked it e.g. teenage vandals some other careless driver who hit your car while it was parked at the dealership car thieves etc., then the dealership is not responsible and you'd have to look to the at-fault parties for recourse e.g. sue them, if you can identify them.
