My daughter and her friends were in her dorm room and security said there was a noise complaint. Security saw an alcohol can in the room and the police were called. She will have to go to court. How does she plead?

If your daughter received a ticket for underage drinking than she was cited for a "minor if possession" of alchol offense (i.e. MIP). Juvenile offenders are guilty of these type of crimes not only face possible imprisonment, fines, and in some case driver’s license suspension but they can also have the charges reflected on their criminal records.
