Using famous athlete’s names
Can a restaurant use athlete’s names on their menu? For instance…naming a sandwich the Larry Bird or the Larry Legend?
Thanks

You could not use the player's name or likeness on the menue: each person (or as in this case, professional athlete) has the sole right to control the use of his or name or likeness (e.g. picture or image) for commercial purposes.
